ABOUT

Humblebee Hall, a listed Georgian farmhouse, is situated in a rural setting on the edge of The Vale of Evesham, Worcestershire’s ‘Heritage Garden’, one of the loveliest and most unspoilt rural areas in England. The area is famous for its blossom trails, asparagus and fruit.

The Vale is watered by the graceful River Avon, as it flows down from Shakespeare Country to the river Severn. Humblebee Hall is in the very area that inspired the BBC radio series ‘The Archers’, and visitors can relax in the fine, ancient Old Bull pub at Inkberrow 4 miles away, where you can almost hear Tom Forrest at the bar ordering his pint.

Cheltenham Racecourse, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswold's are less than 30 minutes away by car. The Royal Worcester Porcelain Factory and Museum, also nearby, is a must for every visitor to Worcester.

We present our guests with 2 cottages, The Old Stables, & The Hay Barn. The properties are set around an attractive courtyard close to the Hall. They have been renovated with great skill and care under strict supervision from a conservation architect. Humblebee Hall is centred within 70 acres of pasture with horses and sheep grazing.

 

THE OLD STABLES

17th century detached barn conversion with a large orchard garden to the rear, private parking and a private patio & garden.

Inside-large sitting room with French windows to private patio. Oak kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower over bath. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double, and a twin single bedroom. On the first floor, one king-size half tester with en suite shower facilities and gallery landing. The price to rent this for 7 nights is £799 (7 nights minimum stay).

 

THE HAY BARN

17th century detached three bedroom barn conversion with views over rolling green paddocks to the rear. Private courtyard to the front of the property, and private garden and patio to the rear. 
Inside- Entrance hall leading to the sitting room, dining room, and oak kitchen. On the first floor, a master kingsized bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Second bedroom with twin beds, and a third bedroom with a single bed. There is also another family bathroom located off the first floor landing. Private parking is also available next to the cottage. The cost to book this cottage is £699 for 7 nights (7 nights minimum).

Humblebee is located within easy travelling distance to Worcester, Stratford-Upon- Avon, Cheltenham, and Warwick racecourse Top quality racing!

Culture Sites

Situated between Worcester & Stratford-Upon- Avon. Worcester a beautiful Cathedral city which boasts Sir Edward Elgar's birthplace, and many more cultural sites of interest.

Terms and Conditions for Humblebee Hall Holiday Cottages

 

1. Contract:

The contract for a short term holiday rental shall be made between the client and Humblebee Hall. When you make a booking via email or otherwise you will receive a reply requesting a deposit. This confirms your booking and is now a contract between us.

2. Payment:

A deposit is payable at an agreed sum and is non refundable. The balance is due six weeks before the rental commences.

3. Cancellation:

The client should notify us immediately should you wish to cancel your booking for whatever reasons. We shall try to re-let the cottage and if we are successful you will receive a full refund, less £50 administration fee. If we are unsuccessful in re-letting the cottage, the client is liable to pay the full cost of the rental. You are advised to insure against this eventuality.

4. Cancellation Insurance:

Cancellation insurance is not compulsory but Humblebee Hall recommends this to protect you against the cancellation policy.

5. VAT:

VAT is included in the rental.

6. Period of Hire:

Rental commences on the day of arrival at 3pm and terminates at 10am on the day of departure.

7. Number of Persons Using the Property:

The number of persons occupying the cottage should not exceed the maximum number stipulated. Humblebee Hall reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.

8. Complaints:

All complaints should be notified to the owners immediately so that on the spot investigation can take place and remedial action taken if required. In no circumstances

will compensation be considered for complaints raised after the tenancy has ended.

9. Care of the Property:

The client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fixtures and fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. Humblebee Hall reserve the right to charge the client for any breakage, damage or extra cleaning required found after the departure. The client must agree to provide payment on request for this charge. In the event of cottage keys and clicker not been returned on departure a charge of £25 will apply.

10. Tenants Obligations:

The client agrees not to cause annoyance or become a nuisance to other guests.

11. Pets:

Humblebee Hall regrets that they do not accept pets.

12. Liability:

Humblebee Hall its employees and agents does not accept third party liability in respect of breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise. Humblebee Hall accepts no liability in the event of any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any resident, their family, visitors, vehicle or personal effects, howsoever caused.

13. Warranties:

Humblebee Hall does not warrant and is not responsible for the accuracy of any verbal information given or statement made by any of its servants or agents.

14. Children:

The client must accept responsibility for their children’s safety and ensure that they are accompanied at all times.

15. Rights:

Humblebee Hall reserves the right to change any published rates. Humblebee Hall reserves the right to decline accommodation and to order any unauthorised person off the premises. Humblebee Hall reserves the right to enter premises at any time but will always endeavour to do so when convenient to the client.
