Humblebee Hall, a listed Georgian farmhouse, is situated in a rural setting on the edge of The Vale of Evesham, Worcestershire’s ‘Heritage Garden’, one of the loveliest and most unspoilt rural areas in England. The area is famous for its blossom trails, asparagus, and fruit.
The Vale is watered by the graceful River Avon, as it flows down from Shakespeare Country to the river Severn. Humblebee Hall is in the very area that inspired the BBC radio series ‘The Archers’, and visitors can relax in the fine, ancient Old Bull pub at Inkberrow 4 miles away, where you can almost hear Tom Forrest at the bar ordering his pint.
Cheltenham Racecourse, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswold's are less than 30 minutes away by car. The Royal Worcester Porcelain Museum, and Worcester Cathedral also nearby, are a must for every visitor to Humblebee.
We present our guests with four stunning accommodation properties available on site; two cottages- The Old Stables, & The Hay Barn, an annex flat set on the side of the magnificent listed farmhouse- The Granary, and our newly renovated Treehouse, the perfect spot to be at one with nature and get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!
All have been renovated with great skill, and care under strict supervision from a conservation architect. Humblebee Hall is centred within 70 acres of pasture with horses and sheep grazing within the farm.
We are so excited to now be back open for guests to return to us after the recent lockdown. We would like to share with you what precautions we are currently carrying out to maintain our high cleanliness standards during the global pandemic.

THE OLD STABLES
17th century detached barn conversion with a large orchard to the rear, private parking, and it's own private patio & garden.
Inside the property, double doors lead into an open plan style oak kitchen/ dining room area. The largest room and the heart of the Old Stables is the living room with double doors leading out to the private patio & garden.
On the first floor, accessed by steps leading up from the living room is the master, gallery style king sized bedroom with en-suite. On the other end of the ground floor, a family full size bathroom and two extra bedrooms. A twin single, and double bedroom.
The price to rent this property is £145 per night (five nights minimum).

THE HAY BARN
17th century detached three bedroom barn conversion with views over rolling green paddocks to the rear. Private sun terrace to the front of the property, and private garden and patio to the rear.
Inside, double doors lead into the entrance hall, on your left you'll find the living room, the perfect spot on a cold winters night in front of the fire. On the right leads to the open plan kitchen/dining room with double doors leading onto the patio. On the first floor, a master kingsized bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Second bedroom with twin beds, and a third bedroom with a single bed. There is also another family bathroom located off the first floor landing.
The cost to rent this property is £130 per night (five nights minimum).

The Granary is an adjoining annex set on the side of the magnificent listed farmhouse, Humblebee Hall. Stone steps lead up to the private Granary entrance. The main sitting room area features gorgeous exposed beams, and high ceilings. The bathroom is also on this floor with the door leading into the sitting room. Paddle steps lead up to the gallery king sized bedroom. Views from the bedroom and living room area boast stunning views across the courtyard and farm land. Cooking Facilities that the Granary offers are a microwave, refrigerator, and tea & coffee making facilities.
The price to rent this property for a minimum of two nights is £150.
A new rental at Humblebee for the Summer of 2020! Our newly renovated "Treehouse" is a must for guests wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Set away from all of the other cottages at the back of our 100 year old orchard, it also makes the perfect hide out to spot the surrounding wildlife. Deer, foxes, peacocks, pheasants, geese, and rabbits are all regular sitings a stone's throw away, not to mention the many species of rare birds.
Steps lead up to a private balcony on the front of the Treehouse with a dining seating area. Inside, stylish decor and breath taking views across the rolling green fields of Worcestershire countryside. Tea & coffee making facilities available within the Treehouse, BBQ facilities available at the foot of the Treehouse. Other facilities a two minute walk away also include, a full private bathroom with shower, and a laundry room complete with private fridge and freezer.
We are also offering the service for you to be able to bring your horse or pony with you for the duration of your stay.
Humblebee itself is set over 70 acres of stunning grassland, with access to the local village North Piddle. A great spot for hacking around quiet lanes and exploring the surrounding area.

Terms and Conditions for Humblebee Hall Holiday Cottages
The contract for a short term holiday rental shall be made between the client and Humblebee Hall. When you make a booking via email or otherwise you will receive a reply requesting a deposit. This confirms your booking and is now a contract between us.
A deposit is payable at an agreed sum and is non refundable. The balance is due six weeks before the rental commences.
The client should notify us immediately should you wish to cancel your booking for whatever reasons. We shall try to re-let the cottage and if we are successful you will receive a full refund, less £50 administration fee. If we are unsuccessful in re-letting the cottage, the client is liable to pay the full cost of the rental. You are advised to insure against this eventuality.
4. Cancellation Insurance:
Cancellation insurance is not compulsory but Humblebee Hall recommends this to protect you against the cancellation policy.
VAT is included in the rental.
6. Period of Hire:
Rental commences on the day of arrival at 3pm and terminates at 10am on the day of departure.
7. Number of Persons Using the Property:
The number of persons occupying the cottage should not exceed the maximum number stipulated. Humblebee Hall reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.
All complaints should be notified to the owners immediately so that on the spot investigation can take place and remedial action taken if required. In no circumstances
will compensation be considered for complaints raised after the tenancy has ended.
9. Care of the Property:
The client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fixtures and fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. Humblebee Hall reserve the right to charge the client for any breakage, damage or extra cleaning required found after the departure. The client must agree to provide payment on request for this charge. In the event of cottage keys and clicker not been returned on departure a charge of £25 will apply.
10. Tenants Obligations:
The client agrees not to cause annoyance or become a nuisance to other guests.
Humblebee Hall regrets that they do not accept pets.
Humblebee Hall its employees and agents does not accept third party liability in respect of breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise. Humblebee Hall accepts no liability in the event of any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any resident, their family, visitors, vehicle or personal effects, howsoever caused.
Humblebee Hall does not warrant and is not responsible for the accuracy of any verbal information given or statement made by any of its servants or agents.
The client must accept responsibility for their children’s safety and ensure that they are accompanied at all times.
Humblebee Hall reserves the right to change any published rates. Humblebee Hall reserves the right to decline accommodation and to order any unauthorised person off the premises. Humblebee Hall reserves the right to enter premises at any time but will always endeavour to do so when convenient to the client.
